Looking back on a Team Coach Day at National Accounts

It's been nearly two weeks since Vebego National Accounts hosted its Team Coach Day. The day was fully dedicated to the team coaches at Vebego Facility Solutions, offering them the opportunity to follow workshops, enjoy lunch together, and most importantly - learn from one another.

The programme focused on key topics such as financial stress, absenteeism and quality. Vebego Foundation was invited to lead a workshop on recognising and addressing money worries, their impact, and how team leads can provide support in these situations. The session strated with a questionnaire where coaches compared typical expenses and budgets - creating realistic scenarios where support from the foundation could make a real difference. WOrking through these cases helped the coaches better recognise signals in their daily work.

Patricia Feringa (Mobile Team Coach at Vebego Cleaning Services) shared that she now feels more equipped to asses situations and has found ways to gently start conversations within her teams. This way, we can support as many colleagues as possible - because we can only do it together.

The day wrapped up with a sweet finish: making traditional Bossche Bollen at a local bakery. All in all, a successful and inspiring event! Due to the positive feedback, Team Coach Day will now take place twice a year - helping even more coaches and, in turn, even more colleagues.
