Local gesture initiative
Do you have a gift left over for another child after the festive December month? Then give it to the PostNL parcel deliverer for free in January 2023 or hand it in at a PostNL point nearby. Small effort, big gesture.
Just like last year, Stichting Jarige Job and PostNL are organising the Lovely Gesture action. With a free shipping label (available soon), anyone can send a gift to Stichting Jarige Job free of charge. Every year, thousands of extra gifts arrive thanks to this action! This enables us to fill a lot of birthday boxes and let a lot of children shine on their birthday.

Hago Rail Services and NS together make a Lovely Gesture for Stichting Jarige Job
You can also support the Lovely Gesture campaign as a team or department. Like Hago Rail Services (HRS) and NS, says Josine of the Vebego Foundation. 'Last month I received a call from HRS colleague Theo Bakker. He told me that the MT is meeting with the MT of NS in December. The theme of this meeting is ‘The child in you’ and Theo thought it would be nice to do something in that context. Soon the Lovely Gesture action came up. Theo and the other MT members of both organisations were immediately enthusiastic about the initiative and jointly decided to support the Lovely Gesture action. They are committed to getting as many people as possible to join in. With (digital) posters, by drawing attention via the intranet and by word-of-mouth advertising. And of course by donating presents themselves. Good example follows...'
