Erdem has worked at Vebego Cleaning Services for 27 years. Always with joy, always with dedication. But even the most positive people can hit a rough patch in life. For Erdem, that moment came when financial worries started piling up. The pressure became too much, and the space too small.

A kitchen table conversation
The first step? A conversation at Erdem’s home. Together with someone from the foundation, they mapped out everything: his income, fixed expenses, and overall situation. Not with judgment, but with care. And most importantly, with the question: “How can we help you?”
“We sat down together. And then we looked for a suitable solution,” says Erdem. “I’m usually a positive thinker, but I was truly in shock at how smoothly everything was arranged. And all of that from the very first time.”
